Our technical, commercial and professional teams study the location, surrounding development, access, market demand, land potential, applicable development norms and overall project viability. Based on this evaluation, we advise whether the land is suitable for a residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, warehousing or other development.
JOINT VENTURE DEVELOPMENT
Where a joint venture opportunity is identified, GTM Group works with the joint venture partner to evaluate the land and develop a practical project framework. This may include land valuation, development potential, project positioning, preliminary planning, feasibility analysis, commercial structure and an indicative execution roadmap.
Once the evaluation is completed, the proposed development model is presented to the joint venture partner for discussion. The commercial arrangement, development responsibilities, project funding, revenue-sharing structure, approvals and other terms are then transparently discussed and documented through the appropriate agreements.
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS
GTM Group also undertakes construction assignments for parties that already own land and have a defined scope of work. Where drawings, specifications and a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) are available, our team reviews the requirements, prepares the commercial proposal and submits a detailed construction offer.
We can undertake construction works for residential floors, group-housing developments, commercial buildings, retail complexes, warehouses, factories, industrial facilities and mixed-use projects.
TURNKEY PROJECTS
