Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Handle tenant relations, conflict resolution, and lease enforcement.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and performance summaries.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Coordinate lease renewals, rent collection, and occupancy strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of property management experience.
- Strong understanding of local housing laws and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
