Customers may request the relevant title, approval, sanctioned-plan, RERA and other legal documents and should conduct independent legal, financial and technical due diligence.
2. RERA information. Before booking, customers should obtain the applicable RERA registration number and verify the project on the relevant State RERA portal. Where registration is not applicable, is awaited, or the property is not offered for sale, customers should obtain a written clarification from the Company.
3. Images and visual material. Photographs, videos, plans, renderings and walkthroughs are representative. They may relate to completed or earlier projects or may have been created, enhanced or altered using artificial intelligence or other digital tools. They must not be treated as an exact specification, promise or warranty for a particular property.
4. Prices areas and availability. Prices, payment plans, availability, timelines, dimensions, specifications and amenities may change subject to law, approvals and final documents. Taxes, stamp duty, registration charges, maintenance deposits and other charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise. Carpet area shall be understood according to applicable law and the executed documents.
5. Bookings commitments and brokers. An enquiry, expression of interest or payment does not by itself create an allotment. No oral assurance by an employee, broker or channel partner binds the Company. Only written documents issued or signed by an authorised Company representative shall be valid.
6. Payments and fraud prevention. No cash transaction is permitted. Payments must be made only through lawful banking channels into a bank account officially designated by the Company, against an official receipt. Customers should independently confirm bank details through the official contact information on this website and must not pay any employee, broker, channel partner or individual personally.
7. Documents prevail. If website content differs from a RERA record, sanctioned plan, allotment letter, agreement for sale, sale deed or other executed document, the applicable statutory and executed documents shall prevail. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under RERA, consumer-protection law or other applicable law.
