Personal Assistant

About the Role

The Leasing Consultant will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, helping them find the perfect space within the GTM Group portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective tenants with property tours and inquiries.
  • Prepare leasing documents, rental agreements, and move-in packages.
  • Maintain property presentation and ensure units are ready for showing.
  • Process applications, background checks, and deposits.
  • Track occupancy rates and support leasing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping in leasing management systems.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in leasing or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work on weekends or evenings during peak leasing periods.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Yardi or similar leasing software.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.
